About Me:

I received my B.S. in Geology from Bucknell University in 2012 and my M.S. in Geology from Northern Arizona University in 2015. In both programs, my thesis projects focused on sedimentology and stratigraphy of Cenozoic sedimentary basins in south-central Alaska and central Washington. Following completion of my M.S. degree, I worked as an exploration geologist in the oil and gas industry for 3.5 years before deciding to return to school for my PhD. I am currently in a PhD program at Purdue University. I describe myself as a field geologist and sedimentologist, with research projects focused on unraveling the history of basins in active tectonic margin settings.
