About Me:

I am senior Geoscience-Geology at Tennessee Tech University. I consider myself to be dynamic and creative, while also having a flexible attitude and easy adaptability. As an international student, it was a great challenge for me to come to the United States at the age of seventeen with the responsibility of achieving a college degree. With all of the knowledge I have acquired through my degree, I am still eager to learn more through studying and doing research. In the later future, I hope to become a comprehensive geologist and be able to lead a challenging projects.

As an organization member of Geolatinas, I want to continue empowering and helping younger Latin-women and Planetary Sciences students to embrace, empower, and inspire Latinas to pursue and succeed in the geoscience field.

The reason I have studied this field is because I am a major environmental advocate. My biggest and most long-term goal is to do my part to help improve the environment one step at a time. I want to educate people and teach them how to deal with pollution and emissions and how these negatively affect us and wildlife.
