4. Accessible Field Trip at GSA

The IAGD is pleased to announce that there will be a completely accessible field trip at this year’s GSA meeting in Vancouver, Canada. This trip will be for both students with disabilities and for instructors who would like to learn more about leading trips for students with diverse physical abilities. Stay tuned for more information. This opportunity needs
to be widely advertised and we will need your help. For now, please help us identify students and faculty who might be interested in attending. A formal application process will begin this spring, with information being advertised broadly. Keep checking the IAGD website and social media for updates. You may also email Chris Atchison at catchison@gsu.edu or Brett Gilley at bgilley@eos.ubc.ca for direct information and to express interest.
